Refund Policy

The Live Training boot camp (whether you paid in full at $497 or chose the Split Pay plan of 3 monthly payments of $175) is refundable under the following conditions:

• Within 14 days of purchase. You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date, for any reason.
• Within 30 days if the instructor cancels the course. If we cancel your scheduled class, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the cancellation.

Missed classes are not refundable. If you purchase a class and miss it, you may retake the live class one time at no additional fee, and you'll get free access to the On-Demand classes once they become available.

The Quick Start Guide e-book ($24.99) is delivered instantly as a digital download. It is refundable within 14 days of purchase only if you experience a technical issue with the download that we cannot resolve. Because access is granted immediately, refunds are not available for change of mind once the download link has been issued and the file has been delivered.

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Koloa Insurance. To request a refund:

• Contact our support team at 318.475.5842 with your order confirmation number, or
• Reply to your order confirmation email and we will help you, or
• Email us using the address on your receipt, including your confirmation number.

Please have your order confirmation email handy. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

The Mentor Membership ($29/month) is a recurring subscription. You may request a full refund within 14 days of a payment if you have not used the service (for example, contacted your mentor for personalized help or used a pitch review) during that period. Once you have used the membership in a billing cycle, that cycle's payment is non-refundable.

Because this is a recurring charge, you must cancel in the month prior to avoid being billed for the next month. Cancel from the Manage Subscription page linked in your purchase confirmation email. There is no cancellation fee.

The Split Pay plan is 3 monthly payments of $175 and billing ends automatically after the third payment. The refund conditions above apply to the full purchase price you have paid. If a refund is approved, any remaining Split Pay installments are cancelled and payments already made are refunded according to this policy.
